Case of Mixed Up Leadership
When leaderships is stuck in their ways and doesn’t recognize the change in times, they miss out on opportunities to advance their business. This case of mixed up leadership happens too often. When leaders can recognize potential and innovation in the works, they should embrace it rather than squashing it.
Finding Your Inspiration
When inspired, we can do great things. Writers can thread words into beautiful literatures. Musicians can string together notes that fills hearts with harmony. World leaders can do great things for the people they govern, bringing peace and stability throughout the world. Finding your inspiration in order to accomplish great things has benefits to not just yourself, but also to those around you.
Do the Difficult Thing
It is not easy to intently choose to do the difficult thing. We seek the path of least resistance. But as leaders, choosing the easy choice should be reconsidered. Doing the easy thing may be leaving your team left to do the difficult thing. That’s not what you want as a leader.
Create Your Own Luck
None of my experiences and education covers the mystical powers of luck. Yet I often catch myself saying things like “that was lucky”, or “if we’re lucky, this will happen”. And luck comes to us more when we create it ourselves. But in order to create your own luck, it requires effort.
